Dealer License Plates

Need more dealer license plates? File a request using SF 12798 found at http://www.in.gov/sos/dealer/2383.htm. Please be advised that a dealer's license plate limit is generally based on the dealer's sales, so please have your sales figures available for review by a Division examiner.
